“as most of you know, my dad is suffering from terminal stage four cancer throughout his entire body. we have been on this journey for about 2 years now, and his life is coming to a close. he had a tumor the size of a ping pong ball removed off of his lungs last week, and also part of a rib, and he is now in worse condition he was in before. he is on 100% oxygen and isn’t able to function like a normal person. we have a nurse come in a few times a week, and he isnt even strong enough to walk up the stairs in our home. to help motivate him to get better, I am creating a book of motivational quotes from some of my friends and people who are supporting him during this time. if any of you are interested, please message me, facebook or e-mail (xosariboberri@gmail.com) a quote that you think will inspire him, and or a photo of you holding a sign that says “cancer sucks” (his motto). my dad’s name is Alan Misek in case you want to personalize it. it doesn’t just have to be a quote, but a little personal message if you want. this would literally mean the world to my family and i. here is a picture of him the day of his surgery:”
